About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Box Office Representative to join our team at The Gorge Amphitheater. As a key member of our event services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience at our events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and collect admission tickets and passes from patrons at events
  • Greet guests attending events and provide assistance with seating, restrooms, and other venue amenities
  • Verify the authenticity of tickets and passes, and provide accommodations for guests with special needs
  • Inform guests of the venue layout and provide directions to designated areas
  • Settle seating disputes and assist with other guest concerns
  • Participate in our sustainability program and promote environmentally friendly practices
  • Partner with other team members to close the venue at the end of events
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
