Position Requirements

  • We are looking for a DC barred associate attorney to join our Maryland office.
  • We encourage applications from diverse and minority candidates.
  • Applicants must possess a Juris Doctorate and be a member in good standing, admitted to the Superior Court and the US District Court for DC.
  • Key responsibilities include managing a substantial caseload, drafting and reviewing legal documents to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations, attending court hearings and status conferences, engaging with clients and opposing counsel, and collaborating with MWC team members.
  • Providing innovative solutions to complex legal challenges to minimize client risk is essential.
