About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage with clients, providing a warm and welcoming environment
  • Present our studio and services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our unique fitness experience
  • Work closely with our trainers to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Assist with sales and membership promotions, helping to drive studio growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events, helping to promote our brand and services
Requirements
  • Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
