We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painting Franchise Business Development Lead to join our team at Premium Service Brands. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the operational and financial performance of our painting franchise, 360 Painting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive business strategy for 360 Painting, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with Franchise Owners, painting industry vendors, and corporate franchise coaches to provide resources and support for business optimization.
  • Lead and coach Franchise Business Coaches (FBCs) in painting industry metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and goal attainment.
  • Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders to promote business performance and growth.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive vendor partnerships to enhance effectiveness and efficiency for all parties.
  • Facilitate training and conferences for coaches and Franchisees on painting industry best practices.
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives and meetings, focusing on 360 Painting's success.
  • Lead peer performance groups for best practice sharing and business growth.
  • Contribute to new franchisee recruiting efforts, including candidate assessments and presentations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the painting franchise industry, including running a business or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving results, KPIs, and exceeding goals in the painting industry.
  • Strong leadership competencies, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze industry-specific information quickly and use data to influence decisions.
  • Travel up to 25% to franchisee locations, the corporate office, and company events.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master of Business Administration.
  • Extensive experience in the home services industry with a focus on painting and related services.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
