Key Responsibilities

  • Work at the front desk, handling phone calls, member interactions, and other tasks with a smile.
  • Provide studio tours, highlighting the amenities and services we offer.
  • Collaborate with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Sell memberships, helping our studio thrive and grow.
  • Follow up with prospective clients, nurturing leads and converting them into members.
  • Address member concerns in a professional and objective manner, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events, helping to promote our studio and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a positive experience for all members and guests.
