The Ideal Candidate:

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management: Lead and encourage your team members to deliver exceptional results, providing guidance and support as needed.
  2. Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth front-of-house operations, maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and service.
  3. Training and Development: Train and mentor team members to deliver top-notch customer service and uphold our values and standards.
  4. Guest Service: Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
  5. Scheduling and Staffing: Manage schedules, shifts, and staffing requirements to optimize coverage and maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.
  6. Health and Safety: Uphold health and safety regulations to guarantee a safe experience for both guests and team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of current restaurant management or supervisory experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to develop and manage a high-performing team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as performance-based incentives, paid vacation, observed holidays, paid sick days, 401(k) retirement plan, health, vision, dental, and life insurance, flexible schedules, and employee discounts.
