Role Summary:
This position serves as a Business Partner for Controlling within the Regional Business Unit North America, focusing on Brake Components, while also acting as the Controlling Manager for the Juarez plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide the financial performance of the Brake Components Product Area in North America alongside the head of the regional Business Unit.
  • Develop strategies for business growth for the current year, the following year, and long-term planning.
  • Conduct monthly financial analyses, review ongoing projects, and implement necessary actions.
  • Collaborate on customer acquisition initiatives with the go-to-market team.
  • Facilitate cost benchmarking within the Integrated Product Network (IPN).
  • Ensure the achievement of financial targets for both the Regional Business Unit and the Juarez plant.

Controlling Manager Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage plant performance and cash flow impacts for the Multi-Business Unit plant.
  • Implement measures to enhance plant results and competitiveness.
  • Oversee standard controlling processes, including monthly business reviews, cash flow analysis, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Establish a rolling planning process for plant measures with a focus on short, medium, and long-term objectives.
  • Conduct investment assessments and maintain control over financial commitments.
  • Manage stocktaking processes and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor plant risk management and compliance with commercial processes.
  • Guarantee the accuracy and consistency of data in financial reporting.
  • Prepare the Controlling team for current and future financial reporting requirements.
  • Develop team members and enhance the capabilities of the plant Controlling team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Administration, IT, Economics, or Finance.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Controlling within Bosch.
  • Proven experience in a plant Controlling managerial role.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working in diverse international environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and cultural sensitivity.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and a comprehensive business perspective.
  • Responsible and accountable with a strong emphasis on relationship management.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement in processes and systems.

Additional Information:
Bosch associates must either be current or previous Talent Pool 1 members or hold a current SL1 position. The role will require a mix of remote work and on-site responsibilities.
