Position Overview: The Associate in Customer Service Operations will report directly to the Manager of Operations Support. This role is pivotal in providing analytical support and performance evaluation for various servicing functions, including Call Center Operations and Back Office processes. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing daily activities and collaborating with the servicing vendor's management team to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations of the servicing vendor to ensure adherence to key performance indicators.
- Act as a liaison between the servicing group and the vendor to facilitate effective communication.
- Conduct trend analysis and offer recommendations to align departmental outcomes with strategic objectives.
- Support the Manager in analysis, reporting, and forecasting to enhance process efficiencies.
- Collaborate with various departments, including IT, Sales, and Finance, to drive improvements in service quality and profitability.
- Engage in coaching and training sessions to enhance team performance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial institutions or related fields.
- Knowledge of loan and lease systems is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Skills Required:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment: This position is primarily office-based, requiring extended periods of sitting and the ability to monitor noise levels.
