About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage Originator to join our team at Lennar Homes. As a Mortgage Originator, you will be responsible for originating and processing mortgage loans for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and process mortgage loans for customers, ensuring timely and accurate completion of loan applications.
  • Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessment to determine loan eligibility and terms.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their financial goals and objectives, and provide personalized mortgage solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 4-year college degree in a related field (e.g. finance, business, economics).
  • At least 3 years of experience in mortgage origination or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
