Job Summary:

Acrisure dba Ashton Benefits is seeking an experienced and dedicated Insurance Account Manager to lead our employee benefits team. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and expertise to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

This role involves managing a team of professionals to fulfill client requests and resolve any issues that arise. Key responsibilities include:

Customer Service:
  • Provide outstanding service to clients, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through efficient claim resolution, accurate claim submission, and timely prior-authorization requests.

Benefit Education:
  • Educate clients on their benefits, ensuring they understand their coverage and options.
  • Guide clients through the appeals process, offering expert advice and assistance.

Team Management:
  • Manage and supervise a team of professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Review cases, provide education, and support to team members as needed.

Qualifications:
  • 5-year experience as an Insurance Account Manager, specifically in employee benefits.
  • Strong customer service skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage and supervise a team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • In-depth knowledge of claims processes, prior-authorizations, and ACA reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
