Position Summary:

We are seeking a Group Lead Paint for our Finishing Department. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and mentor the Heavy Rail Painting team to achieve production targets. You will serve as the primary leadership figure for a diverse and high-performing team, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a collaborative environment to enhance budget efficiency and track progress.

  • Implement safety protocols and prepare for painting tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Facilitate the movement of car bodies and ensure painting equipment is well-maintained.
  • Utilize technical expertise to interpret manufacturing drawings and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Demonstrate clear communication and mathematical skills to solve problems and analyze data effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in transportation painting, especially within the automotive sector.
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to understand written instructions and communicate effectively.
