Job Overview

Airtomic Ducting Solutions, a leading aerospace solutions provider in Franklin, Indiana, is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. This dynamic role will play a critical part in developing and executing strategic sales plans, ensuring excellent customer service, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans in collaboration with the General Manager to maximize potential sales and profits for Airtomic Ducting Solution.
  • Implement strategic sales plans for defined territories, leveraging industry knowledge and technical expertise to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain productive relationships with current and potential customers, organizations, and partner companies, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, correspondence, and business transactions, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues and opportunities.
  • Support quality, production, and engineering teams in identifying product needs and developing customer solutions, incorporating business cases and effective presentations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; Business experience with airlines, MRO, and parts brokerage companies preferred.
  • Direct sales experience, with a proven track record of developing new business domestically (international experience a plus).
  • Excellent research, report writing, and presentation skills, as well as professional and positive interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Able to anticipate areas of growth on specific platforms and programs, follow through with forecasted business throughput, and ensure profitability.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external customers, capturing new business in the market, and understanding customer acquisition processes and practices.
Compensation and Benefits:
