Aerospace Business Development Manager
AirTomic LLC is seeking a skilled Aerospace Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Franklin, Indiana. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your business acumen and technical expertise to drive sales growth for our MRO, OEM, and Aftermarket Products. In this role, you will act as a central point of contact between assigned customers and AirTomic LLC, ensuring that customer needs are met and delivering exceptional value at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth for MRO, OEM, and Aftermarket Products.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Establish and maintain productive business relationships with current and potential customers, organizations, and partner companies.
  • Support sales plans by collaborating with the Product Manager.
  • Develop customer pricing strategies.
  • Analyze market, customer, competitor, SWOT, data, and other relevant information.
  • Create technical presentations and flyers for customer meetings and communication.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Airtomic products.
  • Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries, general correspondence, requesting technical and pricing data, and other business transactions.
  • Provide clear, timely, responsive quotations to the assigned customer base.
  • Work closely with internal and external customers to clarify and resolve issues.
  • Offer product options, repair, exchange, or purchase alternatives to customers.
  • Communicate technical information to customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 3 years in an industry environment focusing on customer relationships, accounting practices, sales, and marketing. Strong analytical and decision-making skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required.
