Job Title: Quality Assurance SpecialistEstimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per yearJob DescriptionOverview

This role will serve as the plant's Validation Expert, ensuring compliance with CFR's. The successful candidate will support customer needs in coordination with plant management, maintaining the plant's Master Validation Plan and Qualification of Change system.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Possess thorough knowledge of cGMP requirements and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage continuous improvement activities regarding quality of all products.
  • Contribute to evolving technology needs and serve as plant resource for Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Critical to have a high drive to root cause, countermeasure and resolve issues and problems found.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5-10 years experience in an FDA regulated industry.
  • Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline.
  • Deep level of experience with working in a team environment and ability to partner with all functions within the organization.
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work with external customers and high level leaders.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft products and ability to present.
  • Working knowledge of ISO quality standards.
  • Deep level of analytical and problem solving skills.
