Position Overview

We are in search of a proactive Quality Assurance Engineer who will play a crucial role in supporting the identification, planning, execution, and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This position is essential in ensuring that our products are designed, produced, tested, and delivered in accordance with established protocols that guarantee compliance with all quality standards. We emphasize a strong mentorship culture and value interdepartmental collaboration.

Essential Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in quality assurance engineering is advantageous, though not mandatory
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
