We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team at Princeton Community Hospital Association, Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced respiratory care services to patients, including evaluation and treatment of respiratory therapy patients.
- Administer prescribed respiratory therapeutic services in a clinical specialty area.
- Monitor and assure clinical competency of Respiratory Care personnel in the clinical area of responsibility.
- Provide leadership in the development and implementation of Respiratory Care practices.
- Actively participate in achievement of goals and objectives of the Respiratory Care Department.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
- Licensed by the West Virginia Board of Respiratory Care as a LRTR, or applicable state where services will be performed.
- Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.
- ACLS, PALS, NRP, and/or other certifications may be required within 30 days of hire based on local hospital requirements.
- Bachelor's degree from an academic institution in a related major strongly desired.
- Advanced levels National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
