About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Analyst Instructor to join our team at Jacobs. As a Network Analyst Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering training solutions to meet the mission-critical needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide classroom instruction and lab experience to students
  • Evaluate students on the knowledge required to meet certification standards
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and update course content, training materials, and documentation
  • Monitor student performance on practical exercises and provide feedback

Requirements
  • Clearance: TS/SCI w/Polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or related field) desired, but not required
  • Minimum Years of Experience:
    • Level 1: Minimum two (2) years of experience in the development, testing, deployment, operations, training, or maintenance of electrical/electronic/software systems pertaining to Computer Network Operations
    • Level 2: Minimum five (5) years of experience in the development, testing, deployment, operations, training, or maintenance of electrical/electronic/software systems pertaining to Computer Network Operations
  • Desired Requirements:
    • Conduct research and evaluate technical and all-source intelligence with specific emphasis on network operations and cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures
    • Analyze network events to determine the impact on current operations and conduct all-source research to determine advisory capability and intent
    • Prepare assessments and cyber threat profiles of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information
    • Correlate threat data from various sources
    • Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations
    • Collect data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes
    • Produce high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and network operations officials
    • Provide recommendations for technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
    • Effective communication, writing, documentation, and requirements gathering skills are needed to be effective in this role
