Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Staff-Patient Placement Liaison to join our team at Washington Hospital. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and maintain communication channels with patients, staff, and external partners to coordinate patient placement.
  • Collaborate with managers and Administrative Nursing Supervisors to ensure adequate staffing for immediate and ongoing needs.
  • Support patient placement activities and provide exceptional customer service.

Work Schedule:

This is a part-time position, requiring 24 hours per week. The shift will be rotating, with various start times between 5:30am and 10:30pm, including weekends and holidays.
