We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Caregiver Scheduling Assistant to join our care team department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling staff coverage, managing absences, and ensuring that our care team is adequately staffed to meet the needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the scheduling of care team staff, ensuring that vacant shifts are filled and staffing requirements are met.
  • Communicate effectively with care team staff and management to ensure seamless coverage and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, absences, and scheduling requests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to care team staff and residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Care Team Manager to develop and implement scheduling strategies that meet the needs of the care team and residents.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Caregiver Med Passer and/or Caregiver Lead experience required.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment, with a focus on staffing and scheduling.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with care team staff and residents.
