HVAC Customer Service Representative

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to fill the role of HVAC Customer Service Representative for our branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with both potential and existing customers to sell the organization’s products and services.
- Address customer inquiries through various communication channels, including face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and electronic correspondence.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager or Branch Manager to enhance territory coverage and foster positive relationships with dealers.

Responsibilities Include:- Assist in achieving sales targets by maintaining accounts and communicating new product launches and promotions through proactive outreach.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels, ensuring a seamless sales experience.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, including order entry, payment processing, and delivery coordination, while ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Provide recommendations for alternative products based on customer needs and market availability.
- Monitor shipment schedules to guarantee timely delivery and coordinate with relevant departments as necessary.
- Generate both new and repeat sales by offering timely product and technical information.
- Educate customers on product features and benefits to enhance their satisfaction and drive sales.
- Assist customers with warranty claims and returns, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Maintain records and prepare reports on sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay informed about HVAC products and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
- Collaborate effectively with management and peers to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive sales experience.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment and products is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database applications.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Effective organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
