We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor, Registered Nurse to join our team at Sierra Medical Center. As a key member of our rehabilitation unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect patient care, assessing current patient care situations, priorities, and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, revising as necessary based on patient response to treatment.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nurse managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, including NPSG, HCAHPS, and core measures.
- Attend regular department staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.
- Current NV State Registered Nurse License
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience
- Previous clinical supervisor experience preferred
