Job Title: Patient Liaison Specialist

At Memorial MRI & Diagnostic, we are seeking a highly skilled Patient Liaison Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in facilitating the needs of physicians and healthcare providers to ensure that every patient receives the highest degree of care and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Vice President in developing niche market strategies to drive sales and growth.
  • Participate in on-site meetings and events to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain cooperative working relationships with all necessary departments to ensure efficient sales processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop creative plans to generate leads through multiple sources, including cold calling, in-person visits, and email campaigns.
  • Develop comprehensive sales presentation materials tailored to individual customer needs and provide exceptional customer service through follow-up contact and consultation.
  • Stay up-to-date on all services offered by Memorial MRI & Diagnostic and maintain awareness of the competitive market, including pricing and services offered.
  • Maximize occupancy of each modality and fill void areas to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Interact directly with referring accounts to promote marketing services and tools provided by Memorial MRI & Diagnostic.
  • Utilize excellent communication and listening skills at all levels, including strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, networking groups, professional organizations, and the community to develop new business opportunities.
