At Diversified, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global delivery efforts. As a Global Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, implementation, and execution of contracted services for our complex clients with a global footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global delivery of services provided by Diversified to a particular account or group of accounts.
  • Establish and maintain tight control of a skilled team of delivery resources for an account to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems.
  • Manage the statement of work and control risks, scope of work, and budget.
  • Participate in contract and account governance.
  • Establish clear communication channels with the client and internally from a strategic and operational perspective.
  • Develop and administer budgets, schedules, and performance standards to maintain and optimize the cost of delivery and service.
  • Monitor and report on financial health of the account and remedy any financial misses or anomalies.
  • Take ownership and accountability for all client issues to satisfactory resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of related professional experience, 5+ years in service delivery and account management/client relation management.
  • Essential qualifications in IT, ITIL, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Requires knowledge of the business, industry, and market, as well as sales strategies, account/program management, service delivery, and financial analysis.
  • A sound understanding of the major Diversified service offerings and an appreciation of evolving technologies and industry trends.
  • A proven track record in effective communications, managing service delivery, and relationship management skills.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $115,000 to $189,000.
  • A virtual work environment with opportunities for travel.
  • A dynamic and supportive team environment.
