We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Appointment Generator to join our team at Express Employment Professionals.

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with potential clients, generating interest in our services, and scheduling appointments for our outside sales team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound and warm calling to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
  • Utilize our CRM system to track interactions, manage leads, and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Develop an understanding of market trends and customer needs to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings.
  • Negotiate terms and set appointments while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment generation to sales closure.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in business development efforts by identifying potential markets and client segments.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in phone sales, appointment setting, and customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and appointment setting best practices.
  • Ability to make calls per day.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade potential clients effectively.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
