Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Newmark Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to our Executive MD and Senior MDs, ensuring the smooth operation of our busy real estate office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process documents, correspondence, and presentations using various software packages.
  • Provide administrative support, including copying, faxing, scanning, and mailings as requested.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule meetings, and organize conference calls and appointments.
  • Prepare items in relation to meetings, including creation and assembly of documents for distribution, update reports, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma required; Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant, related industry experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and internet research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple high-priority projects.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain discretion regarding personnel and industry-related matters.
  • Ability to interact successfully with all levels of the company.
  • Must be detail-oriented to ensure accurate deliverables.
  • Highly motivated and strong work ethic.

Salary:

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $66,000 annually.

The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.

In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
