Job Title: Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at Crestwood Behavioral Health. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the organization's contracts, other than revenue-based contracts. This includes drafting and negotiating contracts, managing the entire lifecycle of contracts, tracking contract metrics, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions, educating stakeholders regarding contract terms, and ensuring compliance with contract-related laws and regulations.

Job Duties:
  • Draft and negotiate contracts with vendors and partners.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, including renewal and termination.
  • Track contract metrics and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Provide education and training to stakeholders regarding contract terms and conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with contract-related laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
