Paralegal L1, Contracts Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal L1, Contracts Administrator to join our team at NTT America Solutions, Inc. This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contract lifecycle, including tracking deliverables, organization, and management of contracts, creation and management of contract templates, and calendaring of key deadlines.
  • Provide legal support, including reviewing documents, making recommendations, and ensuring all contracts are properly screened, signed, and stored.
  • Assist with title and escrow process, reviewing documents, and making recommendations.
  • Review incoming contracts to determine whether legal review is required under existing policies and procedures.
  • Organize all incoming contracts and correspondence, including improvement of existing file system.
  • Compose and prepare legal correspondence, under the supervision of corporate counsel.
  • Maintain, monitor, and update Salesforce and DocuSign templates and forms.
  • Track all Real Estate & Facilities, Critical Facilities Engineering, Construction, and Sales requests, follow up with legal team, and provide updates to requesting department.
  • Interface with Sales as needed regarding sales orders and agreements in Salesforce.
  • Upload and circulate all contracts for execution, follow through on collection of all signatures, and save final, completed document.
  • Maintain client contract termination information through Salesforce.com.
  • Assist with review of Non-Disclosure Agreements.
  • Assist legal team in updating and revising significant contracts in coordination with other departments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience usually obtained with 4 years of job-related experience or Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of four years progressive administrative experience in a legal or executive environment.
  • Paralegal certification required.
  • Notary certification preferred, or to be in process.
  • Project coordination preferred.
  • Continued specialization and advanced certification in relative areas required.

Work Environment

This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.

Compensation

NTT America Solutions, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $77,600 - $127,000.

Benefits

All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
