WSP is in search of an exceptional candidate to fill the role of National Leader in Water Resource Management. This position entails the formulation and execution of a comprehensive growth strategy within the water resources sector, managing initiatives related to flood risk assessment, ecosystem rehabilitation, stormwater control, and additional related projects. You will engage with essential clients, forge strategic partnerships, and guide a team of experts to foster sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute national and regional growth initiatives
  • Engage with significant clients and stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor a team of subject matter experts
  • Collaborate with regional management to implement growth strategies
  • Deliver technical guidance and ensure quality control

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
