Job Title: Senior Water Resources Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Water Resources Engineer to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. As a key member of our water resources team, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge solutions to public and private clients of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic to high complexity calculations, modeling, data analysis, designs, and on-site evaluations for water resources projects.
  • Contribute to the development of white papers and technical design documentation of new or special case designs, studies, etc.
  • Provide technical guidance, technical reviews, mentoring, and training to more junior staff.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to create proposals in response to current and potential client requests for proposal (RFPs).
  • Meet with current and potential future clients to review their current and future design needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Civil, Coastal, or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • 10 years of related experience.
  • Expert knowledge of GIS software and practices.
  • Expert knowledge of computer-assisted design and drafting (CADD) 3D and 4D software and practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
