Job Overview

At Quality Chevrolet NJ, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Auto Sales Consultant to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized vehicle recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our latest vehicle offerings, features, and technologies to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Sales and Leasing: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling vehicles to customers.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow-up and Follow-through: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on sales and providing exceptional after-sales service.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Automotive Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales.
  • Self-Motivation and Goal-Oriented: Demonstrate self-motivation, goal-oriented behavior, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
