Job Summary:

Premium Retail Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Wireless Sales Manager to lead and motivate a team of experienced Wireless Sales Professionals in multiple retail locations. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for recruiting, leading, and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales and business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, lead, and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Professionals to achieve sales and business targets.

• Inspire and motivate the team to meet or exceed established sales and reporting targets.

• Analyze performance data and regularly report on wireless store strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, taking appropriate actions based on store/market needs.

• Foster professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of quota-based sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.

• Sales Management experience preferred.

• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written required.
