Job OverviewWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Lead to join our team. As a Guest Lead, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting management in achieving store goals, including world-class guest service, sales objectives, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest service through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining a clean, well-maintained store environment.
- Lead and support management in achieving store goals, including sales objectives, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation.
- Coach associates on guest interactions to increase transactions and capture guest opportunities.
- Address guest concerns, coming to resolution when possible, and involving management where appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with store management and guests.
- $20 / hour base pay

- Must be 18 years of age
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently.
