Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Specialist to join our team at OneFifteen Recovery. As a Residential Specialist, you will work closely with patients and clinical staff to provide comprehensive care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized recovery plans in collaboration with clinical staff.
  • Provide education and guidance on substance use disorders and mental health treatment.
  • Facilitate patient engagement in treatment programs and activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
  • CDCA certification desired.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Conditions:

This role requires working in an environmentally controlled indoor setting, with flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
