About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individualized treatment plans.
  • Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote collaborative care.
  • Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians to ensure quality care is maintained.
  • Assume Charge Nurse responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
