Main Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Assist clients in achieving personal goals outlined in their ISP.
  • Create a nurturing environment within residential settings and during community outings.

Core Functions:

  • Provide transportation for clients to appointments and community events while maintaining a valid driver's license and adhering to vehicle safety protocols.
  • Promote clients' participation in community events to enhance social inclusion.

Work Environment: The Residential Support Coordinator works in residential settings, participating in community activities, and requires flexible hours and travel.

Estimated Annual Salary:$55,000 - $70,000, based on qualifications and experience.
