Position: Client Engagement Specialist

Reporting to: Sales Director

Schedule: Full Time – 40 hours per week

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about building relationships and driving results. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and ready to make a significant impact.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction Management: Oversee assigned Personal Warehouse projects, managing client communications from initiation to completion.
  • Collaboration: Partner with various teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Inventory Oversight: Maintain accurate project inventories within CRM systems and online platforms.
  • Resource Management: Ensure that all project-related materials are up-to-date and precise.
  • Visibility Enhancement: Manage signage for projects to maximize visibility.
  • Relationship Development: Build and nurture long-term relationships to support sales and leasing goals.

Client Support Throughout Their Journey:

  • Client Representation: Act as a dedicated representative for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Relationship Strengthening: Forge strong connections with clients and provide ongoing assistance.
  • Issue Resolution: Address common concerns and objections effectively.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and finalize agreements and leases with all relevant parties.

Deal Pipeline Oversight:

  • Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records for all leads and prospects.
  • Sales Connection: Accurately link project deals with unit sales.
  • Data Monitoring: Track sales data for accuracy and completeness.

Broker Relationship Management:

  • Broker Engagement: Develop relationships with Commercial Real Estate Brokers and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Training Initiatives: Provide training opportunities for brokers to ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Community Networking: Build connections within the broker community to promote company initiatives.

Travel Requirements:

  • Local travel between corporate and project sites on a weekly basis.
  • Occasional regional and national travel for events and training.

Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Professional Experience: A background in marketing, sales, or real estate is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is required.
