About the Role

This is a full-time onsite position that requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality behavioral health services. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing ABA services to clients in a clinic-based setting
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
  • Developing and implementing behavioral interventions to support client progress
  • Providing training and support to clients and their families on behavioral health strategies and techniques
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, or a related field
  • RBT certification completed
  • One or more years of experience providing ABA services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
