The Role

We are seeking a full-time Patient Services Representative to support our OBGYN and Midwifery department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the patient experience, answering phones, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
  • Providing administrative support to the healthcare team
  • Managing patient records and scheduling appointments
  • Assisting with patient registration and check-in
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Familiarity with insurance payers preferred
  • Minimum of six (6) months reception or customer service experience required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology preferred
