The Collaborative for Educational Services (CES) is seeking a highly skilled Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team. This part-time position involves providing consultation and professional development services to educators and administrators in the field of early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver professional development workshops, courses, and coaching services related to early childhood education, special education, and inclusion.
  • Provide consultation services to schools and districts on high-quality developmentally appropriate early childhood education, inclusion, and equity.
  • Develop and implement customized training programs for administrators, specialists, and other groups.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with prospective professional development consultants.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Early Childhood or Early Childhood Special Education.
  • At least 5 years of teaching experience in early childhood or early childhood special education.
  • At least 3-5 years of coaching, mentoring, and/or supervisory experience of educators.
  • Strong writing, presentation, and speaking skills.
