- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
- Medical Records: Obtain and organize medical records, ensuring that patient files are complete and up-to-date.
- Coding and Billing: Enter diagnosis and procedure codes, verify billing information, and resolve billing issues.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports using our online scheduling and billing systems to track patient data and identify trends.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Six months of experience in medical billing, coding, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in PC skills, medical terminology, and billing software.
