Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Care team at Lifespan. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and to make informed decisions about patient care.
  • Participate in educational and quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in departmental and organizational activities to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Experience in ambulatory care or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
