Job Summary

The Steadman Clinic is seeking an experienced Appointment Scheduler Professional to coordinate appointment times for patients and physician templates. This full-time, non-exempt position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Main Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate clinic appointments and referrals, entering appointments and cancellations into the scheduling system.
  • Manage new patient information and maintain accurate records in the scheduling system.
  • Communicate effectively with physician staff and other teams to meet scheduling requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two years experience in customer service, scheduling, or healthcare preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook.
