Clinical Support Specialist

We are expanding our clinical team at The Supported Living Group LLC, a leading provider of ASD and ABI support services in Connecticut. We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team as a Clinical Support Specialist.
Location: Avon, New Haven, or Danielson areas
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $95,000 per year based on experience
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and be certified as a BCBA. They will be responsible for managing an assigned caseload, developing programs, monitoring progress, conducting assessments, and providing training to staff and interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned caseload of ASD and ABI clients
- Develop and implement effective behavioral programs
- Monitor and analyze client progress
- Conduct thorough assessments to inform program development
- Provide training to staff and interdisciplinary teams on best practices in behavior analysis
- Serve as a clinical lead on interdisciplinary teams
