Production Operations Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Operations Specialist to join our team at Engle Printing & Publishing Co., Inc. This individual will be responsible for coordinating daily operations within the production department.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of organization.

Some responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with 1st Operator to optimize production output.
  • Update Job Information Sheets with current specifications.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Liaise with vendors for procurement needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of production statistics.

Successful candidates should possess the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and promote a safe work environment through adherence to all safety policies and procedures.

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
