Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Marketing Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. You will also assist in the development of partnership agreements and proposals, and act as a liaison between Penn Vet and key service partners.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a high level of attention to detail. In addition, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
The salary for this role is estimated at $52,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience.
