Aerospace Supply Chain Management Professional

OEM Logistics LLC, a leading provider of supply chain management solutions, is seeking an experienced Aerospace Supply Chain Management Professional to join our team.
We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain management to fill this critical role. As a member of our Rapid Response Team, you will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, improving delivery performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with assigned suppliers to ensure timely and effective delivery of mission-critical parts.
- Manage supplier open order reports to identify opportunities for improvement and minimize risk.
- Analyze delivery performance trends and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and drive actions to improve production commitments.
- Provide regular written updates on delivery performance and supply chain metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., supply chain management, business administration) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain management, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- Strong project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs and other relevant software tools.
OEM Logistics LLC offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, plus benefits and perks that support your career growth and well-being.
This is a full-time position with frequent local travel requirements, and we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
