Warehouse Inventory Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Griffiths Prince & Associates in Lancaster, TX. As an essential member of our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, optimizing stock rotation, and ensuring seamless pharmacy operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage Inventory Levels: Monitor and control inventory quantities, maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure efficient stock management.
- Optimize Stock Rotation: Implement strategies to minimize expired or outdated stock, reducing waste and maximizing profitability.
- Automate Pharmacy Operations: Utilize automated equipment to streamline inventory processes, enhancing productivity and accuracy.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required; four years of experience in inventory-related roles is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in PC software and basic mathematical calculations.
- Communication: Fluently speak, read, and write English.
- Physical Demands: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and handling carts weighing up to 150 pounds.
**Working Conditions:**
We offer a dynamic work environment with flexible scheduling, including morning and afternoon shifts from Monday through Friday. Our competitive hourly salary ranges from $19.00 to $20.50, providing a stable financial foundation for your future growth.
