PennVeterinary Supply, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Asset Coordinator to join their team. This role involves coordinating and assisting with the design of print and digital assets, managing social media content, preparing presentations, and compiling campaign performance analytics.

Job DescriptionThe Marketing Asset Coordinator will support the creative team in executing campaigns across multiple media platforms. This role involves:
- Coordinating and assisting with designing print and digital assets that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Preparing engaging presentations in collaboration with members of the marketing team.
- Managing the scheduling and publishing of social media content across various platforms, ensuring consistent messaging.
- Maintaining and updating the Marketing Resource Library to ensure easy access to assets.
- Reviewing content performance metrics, compiling analytics reports, and sharing updates with the marketing team to inform future strategies.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to support campaign execution and ensure timely delivery of assets.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Proven experience in graphic design, social media management, or related marketing/creative roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or PowerBI is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while working as an active member of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present work before others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong attention to detail, creative writing skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
