About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Market Development Representative to join our team at Waystar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the healthcare industry and market trends.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, including marketing and product development.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activity, using this information to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Strong customer relationship skills and ability to build trust with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
