Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Total Rewards to join our team at Valuetainment. This is a critical role that will play a key part in shaping our company's compensation and benefits strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive total rewards programs that align with our organizational culture and business objectives.
  • Design and manage compensation and benefits policies, procedures, and initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to advise on best practices for total rewards processes and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, and work-life benefits.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure the effective use of benefits administration software and human resource information systems.
  • Develop and manage budgets for compensation and benefits programs and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance on total rewards trends and best practices to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on total rewards.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, AI + HR, Total Rewards Specialty) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to executive teams and boards of directors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
